Database information page

The single-entry point to manage the SMP database is the “Manage database” tile in the ProactivePack Self-Service Monitoring Portal menu.

Accessing this use case requires to have the UseCaseManagePolicyPermissions permission.

The database management page can be used to :

-          View the number of entries in each table of the ProactivePack PostgreSQL repository

-          Delete data from these tables (this should only be done if instructed by BMC support)

-          Import data in these tables – this is the console equivalent of the “batch import” that should otherwise be configured. This should only be done if instructed by BMC support.
