Appliance introduction

The ProactivePack Appliance contains a fully installed and pre-configured ProactivePack solution. It is provided as a Linux virtual machine provided in Open Virtual Machine Format (“.ova”).

The appliance contains three ProactivePack environments:

1)      A production instance  (referred to as « PRDPROD » and installed under /PPACK_PRD/PPACK_PROD/)

2)      A test/qualitytest instance (referred to as “QUAL”TEST” and installed under /PPACK_QUAL/)

3)      A Demo instance with sample data (referred to as “DEMO” and installed under /PPACK_DEMO/ PPACK_TEST/)

 The threetwo instances are hosted on the same http server running on https (443).
